Headstart Fitness are now offering the option of online Personal Training, giving you personalised and effective training programs to suit your individual needs, abilities and goals.

It can be difficult to maintain regular appointments with a Personal Trainer and also quite costly with each appointment ranging around £20 to £40 per hour. This is a much more cost effective way of getting tailor made programs to suit your needs, allowing you to exercise when and where you want, but also giving you the contact and support of a fully qualified Personal Trainer to help and guide you to acheiving your desired goals, whether it be to lose some weight for the summer or to run a marathon.

The current costs are as follows:

1 months training = £30
3 months training = £70
6 months training = £120
12 months training = £220

As you can see, this works out far cheaper than a conventional PT, you still get the advice and support you need but for a fraction of the price.

There are no hidden charges and no joining or admin fees.

Process for Online Personal Training:

Contact Lee Griffiths noting interest
You will be sent a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire)
Complete these simple questions to ascertain your current level / medical history
Return with payment
Within 5 days of receipt you will be sent your first set of training plans, detailed with exercise examples to ensure you carry out correctly.
After each session you return an online assessment
Received unlimited support / advice from me in the training period.

Note: Payment is required upfront upon signing up, you do however have a 14 day period from receipt of your first set of plans to cancel and obtain a 50% refund, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund due to the work already undertaken in preparing the plans / giving advice in this time.
