Via an assessment we will analyse your dietary habits and provide advice tailored towards your chosen goals and objectives.
 
Over the course of a week a food diary will need to be kept, which will then be analysed and a detailed report produced highlighting areas which need changing and educating the client in regards to the benefits of eating a healthy balanced diet and how to lose weight effectively and safely though changing eating habits accordingly.
 
It maybe you are looking to loose a few pounds for a special event or can't seem to shift bodyfat no matter how hard you try, alternatively you may be looking to gain muscle but don't seem to be getting the results you require.
 
Dietary habits are of the upmost importance, increasing lean muscle tissue as well as losing bodyfat are all about what you eat and when you eat, in conjunction with a good training programme.
 
Whilst this report will not detail a tailored eating plan it will give you advice you require to head in the right direction and achieve your goals.
 
What do I need to do?
- Basically all you need to do is contact me and I will e-mail or post out to you a food diary and lifestyle assessment form, which you will need to complete and return in a weeks time.
From this I will analyse your eating habits and fluid intake and produce you a report detailing my findings and alternative foods to help aid you towards where you want to be.
 
Cost: £30
Payable via BACS, cash or cheque made out to "Headstart Fitness Training".
 
* This cost also includes one week free attendance to the Fighting Fit circuit classes.
