This class is to run over an 8 week period and is for all ages and abilities, the class will be set for a maximum of 12 people to ensure a more personal training approach for maximum impact.

It is a great way to relieve stress and to give your body and mind a good workout.


These classes will improve fitness levels in many aspects, such as cardiovascular fitness levels, muscular endurance, stamina, weight loss, balance and improvements in motor skills, including hand to eye co-ordination.
Each class is also designed to work all major muscle groups.
